Experienced San Marcos and Hays County Lawyers

The legal system is constantly changing and evolving, so if you are working through the process, it is important to work with a lawyer who remains up to date with changes in the law. That is exactly what you will find at the Law Firm of Harwood & Ursha, PLLC.

One of our top priorities is staying current with changes in the law. We travel all over Texas and the nation to attend seminars. We are always on the cutting edge with information and keep our clients informed regarding changes that may affect their cases.

We are both actively involved in the community and have both served on the Board of Directors for the Wimberley Chamber of Commerce and Rich has served on the Board of Directors for the Hays County Bar Association for more than five years. We also sponsor events throughout the year, including 4-H Rodeo, Local Sports Teams, EMT activities and the Children's Miracle Network.

Prior to opening our firm, we both had extensive experience elsewhere. Rich is a former Special Prosecutor and Federal Law Enforcement Officer and has served in the Army Infantry. AJ has been a real estate broker for 18 years and served as a medic in the Gulf War. With this experience and his educational background — including an MBA — AJ is able to carefully draft and review legal documents. We represent clients throughout San Marcos and Central Texas in criminal law, real estate and estate planning matters. Learn more about the representation our attorneys offer by contacting us online or calling 512-847-1717.
